What do you do when an old friend, a wild child become a wild woman, turns up and begs for shelter? Throw her under a bus if you have any sense.

Beth Montgomery did the opposite and let Cassie, her college roommate back into her life. Bad idea, as she’s on the run from a drug cartel with a bag full of money and a life full of trouble. Murder trouble.

Cassie really is bad news, she flirts with Beth’s husband, Jay, and even his father. She just can’t help herself. It seems to be a blueprint of the women’s relationship. Cassie takes advantage, Beth gets mugged off. But then, what are friends for?

This one rushes along at a terrific pace, as Cassie gets Beth and Jay in trouble with both cops and killers, as their marriage goes from bad to worse, until we’re treated to a superb, twisted finale.

Characters well drawn, especially Cassie, plot just right. Tension elastic. Framed works perfectly from beginning to end. Just dying to be filmed.
